Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to Zagreb Endo Live 2026, taking place in Zagreb on 3–4 December 2026.
As gastrointestinal endoscopy continues to evolve at an extraordinary pace, our aim is to create a meeting that goes beyond presenting new techniques. This year’s programme focuses on current clinical challenges, practical decision-making and the translation of advances in endoscopy into everyday practice, while fostering collaboration and exchange of experience between colleagues from different hospitals and centres.
The programme brings together state-of-the-art lectures, clinical case-based sessions, interactive tandem talks, live endoscopy and hands-on training, covering some of the most relevant and rapidly developing areas of modern GI endoscopy. Particular attention will be given to advanced HPB endoscopy and therapeutic EUS, complex pancreatic and biliary disease, and evolving approaches to upper and lower GI interventions.
Interaction remains at the heart of Zagreb Endo Live. Through real clinical cases, multidisciplinary discussions and contrasting expert perspectives, we aim to explore not only how procedures are performed, but also when to intervene, which approach to choose, and how new techniques can be integrated into clinical pathways and shared care between centres.
The hands-on programme will provide an opportunity to practise selected advanced techniques on ex-vivo models under the guidance of experienced faculty. Informal “Snack with the Experts” sessions will offer younger colleagues an additional opportunity to discuss challenging cases and practical questions directly with senior faculty in a relaxed setting.
The 23rd Zagreb Endo Live – Algorithms in GI Endoscopy, ERCP & EUS will continue our tradition of combining live procedures with focused teaching and open discussion. By bringing together international experts and colleagues from Croatia and the wider region, we hope to create an environment where new ideas are shared, experience is exchanged and collaboration grows beyond the meeting itself.
